Cappella of Grand Junction Residents Bottle, Cork, and Name Community-Made Wine

Last month, Cappella of Grand Junction residents and team members bottled, corked and named our very own Viognier white wine. To bring a new and engaging experience to the community, Culinary Director Keane Karnan, Activities Director Misty Trout and Cappella of Grand Junction residents teamed up with The Lil’ Ole’ Winemaker, which provided wine-making kits. After crafting a Chardonnay, the residents, Karnan, and Trout chose Viognier for their second batch.

“Peachy Keane” Viognier will be enjoyed at dinner and happy hour events at the community. Read the story of how the wine got its name in this recent article from The Daily Sentinel, and watch the video feature below!
